HCR Warmbloods (Arizona in USA)

This lot is 64 x 64 on the outskirts of Arizona and has spacious turnout paddocks with large training arenas and

Owned by our business owner Claire Moeren, she left the ranch to her grown up son Luka and bought back an old building she previously loaned when she first moved out to Arizona to hone on her love of show jumping. This spacious and modern barn focuses on warmbloods and those individuals where jumping is in their blood.

Hollow Creek Ranch (Arizona in USA)

Hollow Creek Ranch was created in 2023 and situated in the heart of Arizona, USA. Our ranch is on a 64 x 64 lot with plenty of acres for our horses to graze and 2 fully functional outdoor training arenas. The surrounding area is perfect for hacking in a fabulous arid landscape in all its glory.

Currently ran by the heir of the business Luka Moeren, the ranch is currently home to our western breeds and focuses on Barrel Racing, Western Pleasure and Endurance trails. We do have a small arena to learn some jumping skills to help build muscle.

HCR Drafts Barn (Peak District in UK)

After spending a few years in the US with Claire and Quinn and gaining her adoptive son, Megan missed home and the cooler weather. She packed up her life and took it all home with her to a newer bigger property. A 64 x 64 lot with a cute little cottage and 3 huge pastures, a jumping arena for the cobs and she built an identical stable block for during the harsh winters. The Drafts definitely prefer the cooler weather too and Isaac likes being the cool deaf American kid at school! The drafts are mainly shown in Halter and Driven tests whilst the cobs also do smaller jumping competitions too.

HCR Dressage Stables (WEst Virginia in USA)

Myself and Megan met Quinn at a dressage event where we both competed. Quinn is a class-act dressage champion and she was thrilled with the prospect of joining us at HCR. Her 64 x 64 lot has a small cottage, 3 huge paddocks, a dressage arena. In the huge barn, we have 6 stalls and 2 spacious foaling stalls with wash stalls and a communal eating area.

HCR Pony Barn (West Virginia in USA)

Keely wanted more freedom and asked if she could take over the plot of land Megan was renting. Her 50 x 40 lot has 3 pastures, 6 stalls, an indoor arena and a spacious 2 bedroom flat about the stables. She's still studying her last year of High School before she takes her Pony showing seriously. She can't wait to get her teeth into driving and using her new Sulky!

Claire & Harley Moeren

Claire is the main owner here at Hollow Creek's Arizonian Ranch. Originally from England, she moved to the US to start a new life which she had planned to start her own ranch. Her horse life started at age 4 where she learned to ride English and competed in Showjumping and Dressage. She had her first taste of Western riding when she was 13 on a family holiday to Mexico where she met a fantastic Arabian gelding who introduced her to the breed and she fell in love with it. With her flame red hair and icy grey eyes, shes a force to be reckoned with an highly competitive.

She now runs the TESWR headquarters with her granddaughter Harley and specialises in Warmbloods and ShowJumping.

Luka & Tanner Moeren

Luka is Claire's only son from a failed relationship to a man who was non-committal. He was never a one for school and often tried to pull 'sickies' so he could help his mum around the barn. Now he's older, it's all he's ever wanted to do but his heart lies within Barrel Racing. He fell in love and ended up with twins after his first love died during childbirth.

He runs the Original Western barn with his son Tanner and specialises in Barrel Racing.

Megan & Isaac Berry

Megan is Claire's best friend from the UK. They were inseparable when they were together and bonded over their love of horses and riding. When Claire moved to the states to pursue her dream of owning a ranch, Megan longed to join her but had to many things keeping her at home such as a full-time job and a partner. When her workplace fell through and she was made redundant, her relationship with her partner became strained. When Claire called one day and mentioned her idea to split the barn and add a secondary property, Megan jumped at the chance. She packed a small bag and got the first plane over and she never regretted her decision. She's doing it solo but hopes to meet a strapping ranch hand one day!

Megan adopted little deaf Isaac to train him up on the farm for when he ages up as he had a keen interest in the large daft beasts and he always wants to know what Megan's doing to make sure he can do it too someday.

Quinn & Sienna Barker

Mum of 2 Quinn Barker had equestrian in her blood from an early age. Her father was a showjumper and her mother, a groom for a famous racing stables. After yearning to follow her fathers footsteps for so long, she took a tumble at a jump and broke her leg at the age of 11. It gave her a bit of a fright and she vowed never to jump again. She decided to take on Dressage as her discipline because the attraction to horses was so strong that she could never walk away completely. She was incredibly good at it and took home many a title and trophy.

Quinn adopted baby Sienna after Keely moved out to focus on her Pony Barn. She plans on bringing Sienna up to learn Dressage and take over the barn.
